A: Typically, we pack our products in neutral export wooden cases. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in
custom wooden cases with your branding, upon receiving your authorization letters.
Q2. What are your payment terms?
A: We accept T/T 30% as a deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will share photos of the products and packages before you pay
the remaining balance.
Q3. What are your delivery terms?
A: Our delivery terms include EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDU.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it ranges from 10 to 50 days after receiving your advance payment, depending on the pump's material. The
exact delivery time also depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can manufacture based on your samples or technical drawings. We can create molds and fixtures as needed.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: If we have ready parts in stock, we can supply the sample, but customers will need to cover the sample and courier costs.

A: Yes, we perform a 100% test on all pumps before delivery.
