A: Typically, we encase our products in neutral export wooden cases. Should you possess a legally registered patent, we are more than willing to pack the goods
in wooden cases bearing your own markings, provided we have received your authorization letters.

A: We require a 30% deposit via T/T, with the remaining 70% due before shipment. Before you settle the balance, we will provide you with photos of the products and packaging.
