Q1. What are your terms of packing?
A: Typically, our goods are packaged in neutral export wooden cases. If you possess a legally registered patent, we are capable of packing the goods in
wooden cases adorned with your unique markings, upon receipt of your authorization letters.
Q2. What are your terms of payment?
A: We require a T/T payment of 30% as a deposit, with the remaining 70% due before delivery. Prior to your final payment,
we will provide you with photographs of the products and their packaging.
Q3. What are your delivery terms?
A: Our delivery terms include EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDU.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, delivery takes between 10 to 50 days following receipt of your advance payment, contingent upon the pump's material. The
specific delivery time is also subject to the items and quantity of your order.
Q5. Can you manufacture products according to samples?
A: Absolutely, we can produce according to your samples or technical drawings. We have the capability to build molds and fixtures.
Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: If we have ready parts in stock, we can supply the sample, but customers must bear the cost of the sample and the courier service.
