Q1. What are your packing terms?
A: Generally, we securely pack our products in neutral export wooden cases. If you have a legally registered patent, we can also pack the goods in
wooden cases marked with your brand after receiving authorization letters.
Q2. What are your payment terms?
A: We require a 30% deposit via T/T, with the remaining 70% paid before delivery. We will provide photos of the products and packaging before you pay
the balance.
Q3. What are your delivery terms?
A: We offer EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDU.

A: Typically, delivery takes between 10 to 50 days after receipt of your advance payment, depending on the pump's material. The

A: Yes, we can manufacture based on your samples or technical drawings. We have the capability to build molds and fixtures.

A: We can provide samples if we have ready parts in stock. However, the customers must cover the sample cost and courier charges.
